Drew has been involved in education for the past ten years. Tutoring Native children on the Pomo Reservation, teaching dramatic writing to Native children through the Alter Theater Summer Camps, and teaching introduction to dramatic writing as an adjunct professor at NYU.
Drew is the Youth and Education Coordinator for the American Indian Community House in New York City. Working for AICH, Drew has overseen the revival of their AICH Scholarship for Native & Indigenous College Students. Provided workshops for Native & Indigenous youth of all ages in NYC. And has overseen professional development opportunities for recent college graduates.  As an educator, Drew has made it his mission to uplift the next generation of Native children to find their footing in today's society.
